Keenan Amer

Keenan was born and raised in Santa Fe, NM. Keenan attended Colorado College where he was a member of the Men’s Soccer team. Keenan was a 4 year starter and earned multiple awards such as being recognized as a Scholar All-American. During his time at Colorado College, he participated in research on the aedes aegypti mosquito. Prior to starting Medical School at the University of New Mexico, Keenan worked as medical scribe in the Emergency Department for 2.5 years.
Keenan will be working on our Vaccine Acceptability for Opioids project.
