Susan is a Senior Research Specialist in the Frietze Lab on the HSC Campus at UNM.  Susan currently manages our team of three graduate students, one research technician, and one undergraduate student. 

Susan is am responsible for all Institutional Review Board (IRB), Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC), and Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) protocol approvals for the Frietze Lab. Susan develops experimental protocols and competency trainings for the team, as well as overseeing the purchasing and budgeting for our projects.  Susan also continues to work bench top with team members on each different project in the Frietze Lab.
